Swordfish is tied to the Swordfish Egg from the Abyss Ocean area. Steal that egg from its spawn on the Abyss Ocean route, carry it back to your base, and hatch it. The hatched result is decided by the game, and no verified source publishes a probability table for this egg.

Two habits make the attempt safer. First, measure the full pick-up-and-return route before you commit, because the return leg is where most runs are lost. Second, keep a margin above your measured time so a slower server or a contested spawn does not cost you the egg. Neither habit changes the odds. They only make the attempt repeatable.
